PAULETTE GODDARD Vintage Original Autograph 1944 Photo & Signed Letter & CARD

Description: Selling is a 7 3/8" X 9 1/4" Vintage Original Matte Double-Weight photo without borders of PAULETTE GODDARD from 1944. There is a date stamp on the back of the photo in blue ink and reads June 10, 1944. This photo is from the 1945 film, "KITTY". The photo has been AUTOGRAPHED by PAULETTE GODDARD in blue ink with her own hand and dated October, 1965. It reads, "For Peter all good wishes Paulette Goddard ROME Oct. 1965". The man she inscribed this photo to was her personal secretary, PETER "PIERRE" HANSON, from her Paramount Studio days in the 1940's. PETER HANSON was a well known collector of movie star memorabilia. This collection is a very RARE unique one of a kind sale, as PETER HANSON was her personal secretary for several years in Hollywood and she called him "Pierre". All of these items came from the personal estate of PETER HANSON, a well known collector of movie star memorabilia. I'm sure he considered these items quite dear to him, as he had worked for PAULETTE GODDARD for several years as her secretary in the 1940's during his younger years.Selling is a 7 1/2" X 11" Vintage Original Autographed PERSONAL Letter from PAULETTE GODDARD to her personal secretary, PETER "PIERRE" HANSON. The letter is dated June 12, 1967 in Rome, where PAULETTE GODDARD was staying at the time.This letter was handwritten in black ink on June 12, 1967 while PAULETTE GODDARD was in Rome, Italy. The letter was written with PAULETTE GODDARD's own hand.Also included are two small envelope clippings, one of which this letter was mailed in. Both have been hand addressed by PAULETTE GODDARD in her own hand with the return address of where she sent the letter from. The smaller of the two, handwritten in blue ink is 3 3/4"X 2" and is from Rome, Italy. The larger of the two is 5 5/8" X 3" and was handwritten in black ink from Porto Ronco, Switzerland, which is where she was living at the time of her death in 1990 and had lived in Switzerland for many years during the latter part of her life.Also selling is a 5" X 3" Vintage Original Two-Sided Autograph Card signed in blue ink by PAULETTE GODDARD to her personal secretary PETER "PIERRE" HANSON. Also included in this listing is a 6 1/4" X 4 3/8" Vintage Original Hand-Addressed envelope that the AUTOGRAPH CARD was sent in to PETER HANSON and addressed by PAULETTE GODDARD. Photo is in Very Good Condition, however, there is a crease that runs across the center of the photo. The Autograph Letter, notecard and envelope with clippings are in Very Good Condition with minimal handling wear. Great Resolution and Focus.
