Description: Compact vintage leather Bible, printed in Great Britain, with thumb-indexed India paper pages, in very good overall condition. This Bible does not state the date of printing. Code at back of Bible is shown in photos if you would like to research. It also does not state the type of leather, though it is clearly a high quality burgundy leather. No markings observed in the pages except for a red X on the rear endpaper showing Oxford printer's code. Binding remains secure. The leather of the spine is a bit sun-faded and other light wear is present to the Bible's exterior. Sticker residue inside front cover (this can probably be cleaned off). Remains an excellent example of this make and style of Bible, suitable for both reading and/or collecting. Please inspect all photos. Measures approx. 8.6 x 5.9 x 1 inch.
