The chart of pensioners shows the total number of applications filed, along with pensions allowed and those receiving "no attention." Similar charts show statistics on immigration, public schools, higher education, and general population. There are also charts on products and industries, including hop crops, imported woods, and native grape wines. The image area measures 32 x 24.5 cm [12½" x 9¾"], and this interesting graphical representation of our nation's people and products was published by George Franklin Cram, Chicago in 1900 and is an original, authentic antique lithograph, not a reproduction or modern reprint.
