For this purpose, a power-in-phase transformer is added to the current path to eliminate interference to the amplifier circuit.The Integra M-508 uses independent left and right power supplies and has two power phase transformers dedicated to L/R to improve the phase characteristics of the amplifier.The power-in-phase transformers also eliminate common-mode noise entering from the AC line.High power is achieved by a 4-transformer power supply section consisting of a left/right power transformer plus a dedicated L/R power-in-phase transformer, triple push-pull power transistors, large 10,000μF x8 capacitors, and direct power supply over the shortest distance.In order to suppress low-level degradation, which is a problem in high-power amplifiers, a linear switching system, low-noise bias setting with LEDs, and W-sensing servo circuit configuration are used to achieve low distortion ratio.Two input terminals, Direct and Variable, are provided.A peak meter with 2-stage switching of meter range is provided.This meter can also be turned on/off for illumination.A power cord with polarity indication is used.Independent left and right level controllers with high-precision multi-brush are used.
