These half tang stainless steel boning knives were manufactured in the late 1980's in Solingen Germany with a very limited number of knives imported to the United States. The cutting edge is pristine and measures approximately 6", the overall length of the knife is just a hair over of 11". We purchased a small mixed old stock lot of these Gustav Emil Ern knives in a variety of sizes and shapes, please see our other listings. Made in Solingen Germany, makers logo on handle along with a "Stainless Steel Molybdenum Alloy...better then ever" sticker.
