Please see the pictures for measurements The in tube connector is male. This is where you connect your hose coming from the hydrant. The out tube connector is male. This is where you connect your water hose. The O-rings will be greased when you receive the assembly but we recommend you put extra Vaseline or Plumbing grease on the O-rings when you reassemble to ensure long leak free service.
