This part has been modified to provide clearance for a decompression valve that was introduced on later 262's (1994+) and all 261's. Husqvarna did not change the part number when the later cover was introduced since it was compatible with this version. Used on model 262 (early). The pictures are of the actual item you will receive. This part may not fit all years or be used in the same manner for the listed saws.
