This is a heavier, Limited Edition, gold/gray tone metal buckle with a western scroll design around a flying eagle, made for NRA Members, back in the 1990s. This buckle is in decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have wear and tear from age and use. This buckle measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-5/8", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 5.2 oz.
