Roger was the three time defending champion at the time and the jacket was made to commemorate his victories in 2004, 2005, and 2006 with three crowns on the sleeve. This was a "Pre-RF" Federer piece. Jacket is a men's size XL. Jacket is near pristine condition. No rips, stains, tears, holes, pills, or defects what so ever.
