Description: General Summary: Digital night vision system with thermal capabilities. Mounts to dovetail helmet mount. Details: The system is the 3-Eyed Raven Goggle from High Ready Systems. It is a digital NOD system so you will more than likely need some IR illuminator of sorts. It also offers a thermal mode that can spot targets up to 300 meters away. Both vision modes offer a “white phosphor” filter. I put that in quotes because it’s just a blueish filter. My Opinion: The system is great for beginners. You can learn the basics of how to run NODs and how to tailor a setup to your specific needs. You will also learn the difference between thermal and night vision using the system. The system is a little lack luster in the night vision capability department but for the price it’s decent. However, the thermal sensor is actually pretty decent and it makes hunting at night enjoyable compared to using white lights. I would say I used the thermal sensor about 85% of the time using the system for hunting. My take on the HRS 31 3-Eyed Raven is that it looks cool and it serves the bare bones purpose of kinda letting you see around at night. The thermal portion of the system is the better one and is way more useful than the digital night vision option it offers. Overall if you’re looking into entry into thermal or nigh vision, this isn’t a bad option. Package Includes: - Goggle System - Cable - 3 Battery Packs - Hard Shell Carry Case
