Description: National Lock NLCO White Enameled Floral Heavy Brass Knob w/ Beaded Backplate Purchased a bucket of one-off pulls and knobs at an estate sale and this was one of them. The owner was a National Lock salesman. Most likely they were removed from a sales display board and stored in that bucket. The knob and backplate are white enameled with gold trim on the beaded portions and the scrolled flower outline on the knob. The back plate is embossed NLCO with style number 63 3522. There is a registered patent number on the back, 212 079, and this dates its birth to 1968. The backplate has a 2" diameter and the knob has a 1.25" diameter. The two together had a 1" projection. There are nicks and scratches on them from storage, mostly on the backplate. The screw that was included with the knob is included in the package. Due to years of dust and dirt collection in the bucket, it was lightly cleaned with dish soap and water and dried. This is a pretty knob. Please see the photos for a visual description.
