Description: Overall book is in decent shape, no rips and pages are crisp and not worn, but pages have lightly browned with age, and it has age-spotting inside covers. The cover and binding does have some discoloration and fading as pictured, and there are a few pages where 2 stains as pictured have gone through a few of the pages. There is just one illustration in the front as shown. Personalization as pictured. Right in the center of the book between pages 90-91 the binding is split as the pages lay completely flat. The rest of the pages do not do that and stand up. Please see last 3 pics at end to see what I mean. Light musty old book smell, but overall still in fairly good shape. This belonged to my mother who was an elderly collector who passed away. Please look at pics closely for all details. I try to accurately describe and all flaws, but if you purchase and find I have omitted something important from the details that I was unaware of, please just let me know! They have always been in a smoke-free home, and ship from a one-dog household.
