Description: The Art of Everything - Fine Art Prints - - -'One Word' Series by Steven Tannenbaum ________________________________________________________________________________________ ABOUT THE ARTWORK ∆ This series began during my Year Of Daily Art (YODA), when I passed a realty sign with "(W)here" at the top. It got me thinking: what other words are 2-in-1 like that? And so started the game: starting with Cone (both "cone" and "one"), each day I thought of a new word that contained another word in it. Some were pretty straightforward ("P"ear, "C"ow, etc.) and others not so much ("SOBER"ing, "S"lop, ...). Regardless I ended up adding my own interpretation and flair to the piece, using mostly torn up bits of paper and a bit of paint or ink as needed. What resulted was a sort of sideways way of looking at the world: many things contain other things, and blending the two can result in sometimes surprising effects. Makes a great gift for that person that likes somewhat off-the-wall things, but is hard to shop for! ∆________________________________________________________________________________________ Each print is made with a Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer, on Canon Photo Paper Pro Luster, and mounted with clear corners onto black foam board. Sizes available are 4" x 6", or 8.5 x 11"
