The artwork of this piece is a double-sided full-color print on glossy paper, originally intended to be folded around the rest of the manual's pages and viewed through the game's transparent jewel case. This single wrap-around piece includes the game's front cover and back page advertisement on one side, with the inside cover page and the inside-back page of the manual on the other side. The rest of the manual's pages are NOT included, this is the COVER/BACK COVER PAGE ONLY. Item size: approximately 6⅝ x 9⅜ inches. Condition: ACCEPTABLE (if all you want is the cover art!) The artwork itself is clean and intact with only minor blemishes and one small tear along the bottom edge. There is also a crease in the center "spine" where the insert page used to be folded, and some small holes where it used to be stapled as a booklet. See photos. Shipping: FREE! Historical background and origin of this item: Metal Gear Solid, developed by Konami under the brilliance of director Hideo Kojima and released in 1998, is one of the most highly praised and influential video games of all time. "Metal Gear Solid VR Missions" came out in 1999, and is essentially an expansion of special features, including a wide variety of "VR" training missions. In VR Missions, players tested their skills controlling Solid Snake through a series of training modules and time trials, and even got to wield a high-frequency katana blade in some levels as the famous cyborg Ninja, Gray Fox, who is featured on the game's cover art. This item is the cover art only, which at some point had been completely separated from the rest of the original manual booklet.
