Description: Fabulous, rare, and absolutely timeless dress by Elinor Simmons for Malcolm Starr. From the 1960s but has a timeless look. Stunning crystal embellishments all around the collar / chest. Lovely grey wool fabric. Fabulous pouch pocket section. Good vintage condition overall especially considering its age - only flaws are that it needs to be re-hemmed where it was cut from its lining, a couple minuscule holes, and a small bit of wear to embellishments near the back neck.
