They have not been sourced from another dealer or distributor. Meaning they have never been removed from their dealer boxes and the packaging is in good condition. No retail price tags have ever been applied / scraped off etc ... the clear plastic boxes are clean and not all scratched up like they would had they been circulated and handled. Livetarget dealer boxes have pieces of tissue paper in between each lure so that the boxes make a nice presentation once displayed in a store.
