Description: Konica TC-X body with 50mm f/1.8 This camera was the last of the Autoreflex T line of cameras that dates to the 1960s. This one came out in 1985 and was the last independently made SLR camera by the Konica Company. Konica merged with Minolta in 2003. The camera was the first all polycarbonate SLR in the world. This camera is all mechanical except for the light meter. It is manual focus and manual exposure and supports the legacy Konica mount lenses. The camera body is super light weighing only 14.2oz (<400 grams). The use this fairly simple camera one simply looks at the needle in the viewfinder that will point to the recommended F/stop for the shutter speed you dialed. Then set the f-stop as desired and shoot. The lens attached to this camera is a Konica Hexanon 50mm f/1.8 that is the opposite of this camera in that it is all metal :) It is a sharp lens that matches up to Konica's reputation for underrated yet super premium lenses. The lens is in excellent condition with perfect aperture blades and no issues with the glass except for a small nick in the rear element that does not seem to effect images at all.
