Graduations are readable. There is a decimal chart on the thimble with 8th's, 16th's and 32nd's. There is a 3 letter engraving on the frame. I checked it quickly with a standards and it seemed pretty much spot on. See the last 2 photos, standards are NOT INCLUDED. U.S.A made.
