Description: JLMenau Porcelain Jam Jar Carmen Pattern No. C2152/P 32About the Jam Jar/Pot On offer is a beautiful JLMenau jam jar in the Carmen pattern c.1960-1970. The jar is attached to the saucer/underplate and has a detached lid. The Carmen pattern features pretty floral motifs on all parts of the set: lid, jar and underplate. The largest of these motifs is on the front of the jar and features a large pink rose surrounded by many other flowers in colors of yellow, purple, blue and white. The set also features a porcelain gold timmed "T-handle" on the lid and gold rims on all sections. The dish has a backstamp of "JL Menau, Made in Germany, Carmen, C2152/P, 32" The jar is in excellent condition. There is virtually no wear to the gold rim.. it look excellent, no crazing, chips or anything to mar the pieceSizeHeight: 5 inches (including lid); Diameter (Underplate): 5 1/4 inches
