In fact only 112 copies of this book were printed and signed, and none were numbered. Signed by Campbell on the limitation page. Originally not issued with a dust jacket, this copy has one of the 112 jackets printed 1990 by Publisher Eshbach. This copy is numbered 167 by an unknown hand.
