The reason I say as is because it does work but it has a few things that are broken or not working correctly, one is I believe there’s one light out on his right eye & not sure About taking it apart to fix that so I’ll leave it up to a professional. His head also does not move but it sounds like the mechanism is working fine inside. It has one broken leg mount at base but the other three are perfect. The battery compartment fits tight and works perfectly when turned on and the sensor when you make movement turns on fine too. The lights around his neck area work great & the globe looks fine with just a few indentions to plastic. It comes with everything in the photo so if it’s not in the photo it’s not included and yes there is no original box. I do not allow for any refunds or returns or exchanges so buyer beware & look at photos before bidding. thank you
