In a high-pressure electrostatic environment, the powder has a negative polarity and is sprayed onto the chair under the force of compressed air. The chair is grounded to absorb the negative powder. The first layer is thinly covered to enhance adhesion, with a thickness of approximately 10-20 μ M. The second layer, fully covered, with a thickness of approximately 60-80 μ M After the coating is completed, it enters the high-temperature curing furnace (190-230 degrees Celsius). The powder begins to melt and level after high temperature and then enters the constant temperature curing stage. The constant temperature curing time is about 20 minutes. Finally a Quality Control Expert inspects each barstool’s final finish before packaging from the factory.
