Heartland Valley Village, Porcelain Lighted Bike Shop, O'Well Christmas Village

Description: This beautiful heartwarming Porcelain Lighted House with Bike Shop will be a great addition to your "Heartland Valley Village" Christmas Village Collection! The Heartland Valley Village is made by the O'Well Novelty Company. The exact age of this item is not known, but most likely dates to the late 1990's. This House measures about 7.5" long x 5" wide x 8.5" tall and is in very good to excellent condition (subject to opinion) with no major obvious chips, scratches, or blemishes. There is a smaller chip on the front left on the base and a small chip on the left of the lower roof peak on the side. Both don't stand out too much to me since they could pass as a patch of snow (my opinion, see the pictures). There is also a small mark on the front left roof face that may be glue from the original manufacture (not sure though). The house is generally clean, but may need a little more cleaning. The house includes a working light bulb that lights the interior and really adds to the beauty of this piece. Includes the original box (has some tears and signs of wear) and interior Styrofoam packaging. Please check the pictures closely to see the condition of the Lighted Bike Shop House to make sure you agree with my condition assessment.
