Applied white accent with a bit of gold. There is more detail on one side of the decanter base but it's lovely from either side. This is from a large collection of Mary Gregory pieces. Comes with deep green stopper that has some minor flea-bites along the bottom edge. The decanter itself does About 10.5" tall with the stopper in place and 4.5" wide across the widest part of the base. No hallmark so we don't know when, where or by whom this was made.
