This stein is lidded with a pewter top. It features a Old Woman with children and the caption is Grossmutter erzahlt which means the grandmother is telling a story. On one side it says Lustig Lied which means Happy Song and the other side says Froh Gemit meaning Happy Deposition. This is an 1/8 of a liter stein perfect for that grandmother! The mug has all the correct marking for a Eckhardt and Engler Stein made before 1949. This stein is free of chips, cracks, fleabites and scratches. There are a few small paint splatters that happened during production. Lots of pictures so please examine as they are part of discription.
