The base has For He’s a Jolly Good Fellow along with musical notes. He is so great. Used for an ashtray for a cigarette or cigar smoke escapes through his ears. Stands 5.5” tall. The base is 2.0” by 2.5”. Made from porcelain with no chips, cracks or repairs. Super unusual.
