Description: A great little ladle for salad dressings or sauces. Perfect for things like hollandaise that really tarnish silver servers. Any acidic sauces will taste much better served out of fine china. I used it many times with Asian foods 'dipping sauces'. Large enough for a dollop of whipping cream to add at the table. It is a very fine quality china/porcelain, approx. 5.5" long x 2" w and has the capacity of 2 tablespoons or 1 ounce. NO makers mark. Not as white as bright white porcelain, with a small sheaf of wheat on the inside. It has a handy hanging hole on the top of the ladle. I did keep it hanging while being stored.
