Description: Fenton Glass Carnival Vintage Heart and Vine Pattern Glass Bowl Fenton Carnival Glass Heart & Vine Candy Ribbon Edge Bowl, Amethyst/Purple Beautiful round, ice cream shape bowl with tightly crimped edge. The molded design features five hearts surrounded by feathery leaves that protrude into the center of the bowl. Purple base color with fiery copper/multicolor iridescence. Classic era carnival glass, introduced about 1911. - Condition: No chips, cracks or repairs. The outside has some unevenness in the finish below the ruffles and some tiny factory bubbles in the finish, as well as some small scratches. The interior finish is in excellent condition, with no noticeable wear to the iridescence. - Marks: Unmarked. - Dimensions: 7 1/2" wide, 3" high. Color Note: Some pictures are taken with a black background to highlight how the color of the iridescence of carnival glass can change in appearance depending on background color. Both the white and black background photos were taken under the same lighting, only the background color was changed. How the iridescence will look in your home will depend on your unique background colors and lighting conditions.
