Description: Selling is a 7 7/8" x 10" Glossy B&W Vintage Original Photo with borders of FAY WRAY from 1931, as photographed at The Casa Adobe Museum in Southern California. She is seated at a Spanish desk that is 2,000 years old and she is holding a book that is over 1,000 years old. There is a Talavera ink well and sander on the top level of the desk. She is wearing a costume that she wore for the 1931 film, "THE CONQUERING HORDE". This photo was taken by a photographer with Acme-Pacific and Atlantic Photos. Their stamp is in blue ink on the back of the photo. There is also a typed snipe on the back of the photo that describes the scene in detail. In addition, there is a blue date stamp on the back of February 14, 1931. (See Scan) Through the years I have seen various photographs of FAY WRAY photographed at this museum in this same outfit. However, this is the only one I have ever seen that told on the backside that she was at the Casa Adobe Museum. Photo is in Very Good Condition with a few light creases and edge wear in the borders and corners. There is slight waviness on the edge of the right border. There is a few areas in the upper background with top paper loss. Otherwise, with minimal handling wear. Great Resolution and Focus. (See Scan)This is a VINTAGE ORIGINAL PHOTO and NOT a Reproduction Restrike.I accept all forms of payment...PAYPAL and CREDIT CARDS.
