There are signs of age or wear through slight cover/spine fading, light soil or rub soil, spine/cover edge/corner rub, slight corner push, spine upper/lower edge rub/push, page edge rub or scuffs, light page edge soil, a couple of edge nicks, and light yellowing of pages. Hinges are not visible. All pages are intact with no creasing or marks noted. This book measures 11 1/4" x 8 3/4" x 15/16".
