Description: Early Derby Pale Pink Border & Gold Leaves Dessert Dish Circa 1806-1825 B Antique bone china dessert dish. Decorated with a pale pink border with gold leaf designs. Gold highlights to the handle and gold gilding along the edge Marked on the bottom with the red Derby mark used between 1806 and 1825. Has crazing typical of bone china, a lot of wear to the gilding particularly along the edge and wear consistent with age and use, a small in manufacture firing separation on the inside of the gold ring in the center, an in manufacture firing separation extending off the back edge, and an in manufacture gilding over bruise to the front edge, but otherwise good condition. Measures approximately 9 3/4 inches wide x 2 inches tall. This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece. BUBX
