Description: Up for auction is a Drake model TR 33C 2-meter transceiver. It comes with a Drake microphone that looks very clean. I am selling this rig for parts, since I found it not working when connected to a 13.8 DC volt supply. Also, there is quite a bit of corrosion in the battery compartment and wear on the case. If it can be restored, it would be a great little radio that puts out 1.5 watts, using only one crystal per channel. Compare this to a TR 22C that puts out only 1 watt and required two crystals per duplex channel.
