Approximately an even mix of information and advertising. Almost mint condition - this item has been handled very little, if at all. Back cover has a small tear, very good condition. Comes with a factory-punched hole for hanging on the wall for an easy reach. Approximately 34 pages, black and white pages, with full-color front and back covers. A rare find, indeed.
