Description: This is an original 1922 2nd edition hardcover copy of the vintage medical textbook "Dietetics for Nurses," written by Fairfax T. Proudfit and published by The Macmillan Company. The topics discussed can be seen on the contents pages in my 9th & 10th photos. The copy being offered is in good vintage condition overall but is officially "acceptable" due to some writing in the book. As you'll see in my first five photos, the covers have fairly light wear and some light stains & trapped particles in the textured surface. Inside, as shown in my 6th and final photos, there is a lot of writing (and an old bookstore sticker) inside the front cover and on the first page, and a few other isolated instances of writing & marking occur elsewhere. Otherwise, the pages are clean & crisp, and the binding remains strong.
