These are printed on glossy vinyl paper and will have to be cut out by hand, Each sticker is a little larger than what you need so you have some room for error when cutting. They don't smudge when you run your finger over them. The bulk of the sticker sheet is for the Hexagon Flag pieces on each of the sets listed above.
