Good examples would be writing the following: BLOOD TYPE "AB+POS", ALLERGIES "NKDA" ( ... or simply ... ) "-A-", "NO PEN" ( ... or ... ) "B+", "NKDA" Please surround each text with quotation marks (") to avoid mistakes. Please note how are we going to interpret the Blood Type text looking at the below examples: "A+POS" : we will write a big "A", a "+" sign to the right, and a small text "POS" underneath the "+" sign (there're a few examples in the main picture of this listing). "+B+" : we will write a big "B" surrounded by 2 (two) "+" signs (like the example "+B+ SULFA" shown in the main picture of this listing). "O-" : we will write a big "O" and a "-" (negative) sign to the right. The max length of the texts are as follows: "Blood Type": max 6 characters, including spaces, punctuation signs, etc. "Allergies" : max 6 characters, including spaces, punctuation signs, etc We'll write the text using Bold and Uppercase letters, no other options are allowed.
