This is a pretty fabric with a black background and blue flowers with a touch of other color in the pattern. Neat pattern with quarter size open flowers with a few side view of flowers. The cotton is smooth and has a slight shine, like polished cotton. Burn test shows it is likely cotton with a surface treatment. From my aunt's quilting stash, stored in a smoke-free and pet-free environment. Age unknown, probably 1980's. Selvage: Joan Kessler for Concord Fabrics, Inc.
