Details upon request.These come with 8 premium orange storage clips and 8 black plugs, a $10 value alone when purchased at Precision Colors.We love our Canon Pro-9000, 9000 MKII printers but we hate that they run out of ink so fast and we have to pay a lot for each new cartridge. As soon as you replace one, another one goes out. An easy solution is to get educated on how to refill your own cartridges with quality ink using a tried and tested procedure.For the CLI-8 cartridges, this starts with the highest quality dye inks from a place like Precision Colors or Octoink UK. They will advise you to get original Canon OEM cartridges with original chips and stay away from those leaky and poorly fitting compatible cartridges that have non re-settable chips. Further, their kit will show you how to prepare an OEM cart for refilling by using a difficult procedure to remove the "ball" from the cart, drilling the filler hole out to the perfect diameter for the rubber tab style plug that they want to sell you, and to tack on their orange storage clips for another dollar each.Precision Colors recently stopped selling "cleaned up" Canon CLI-8 OEM cartridges. This means they are getting RARE and hard to find especially the RED and GREEN carts so getting a complete set for refill purposes is a rarity. And finding sets that are already prepped and dried that include storage clips and plugs.... well, I'm the ONLY one selling such a set. And once I sell the limited amount of sets that I have, I will only be able to sell individual cartridges and you will seldom find Red or Green in the mix. Get them now before they disappear forever. The filler ball has been removed, the carts have been expertly flushed to pristine white* and then all cartridges are dried to 13.5 to 13.6 grams or less. The filler hole has been drilled to 5/32" for accommodating the high quality rubber tab style "plug" which I provide for you and the orange storage clip is included to make it easy to do "mess free" filling and "stand-up" storage. 16 High Quality Rubber Storage Tabs are shown in the picture. You'll get 8 with this lot plus 8 orange storage clips included too. A resetter has been used to reset these cartridges to full.Every cartridge in this lot has never been refilled, just flushed, drilled and dried. Every cart has it's original Canon CLI-8 OEM chip. In short, if you're interested in saving money by refilling your Pro-9000 Pro-9000 MKII - CLI-8 cartridges, I've done all the work for you. You'll find it's a lot easier to use your own ink from wherever you want to buy it from. These cartridges should last for at least up to 50+ refills or more each. I have CLI-42 carts that are still working fine after 60 refills so far.If you're new to refilling or if you have been doing your own, this will get you an extra perfect set which are ready to go right now !A lot of work went into prepping these perfect empty cartridges and doing it RIGHT, which YOU don't have to do. Also, the more popular CLI-42 cartridge sets for the Canon Pro-100.Be careful of those selling "compatible" cartridges that look like Canon OEM. They have erased out the Canon logo at the top. Compatibles do not fit well so they can leak and their chips cannot be reset. Beware also of those selling cart sets that have been refilled many times already. At some point, these may no longer absorb ink. Mine have NEVER been refilled so will have a much longer refill life.*Cyan and Photo Cyan may show a slight tinge of color in the cartridges at the sponge juncture. This does not affect their ability to perform perfectly when refilled. ("EU only" and "Setup" cartridges work in ALL Canon Pro-9000 printers. They also hold the same amount of ink as "US" or regular cartridges)Occasionally I run out of CLI-8 cartridges of a specific color to complete a full set. I may include in your set a different cartridge (functionally identical inside) with a nicely made and printed label to cover the old label with the right color designation. The CHIP however will be of the missing cartridge and it will be placed, secured and tested onto the CLI-8 cartridge. Consequently, if you have any issues with a single cartridge included in your purchased set, you MAY be given a CLI-8 replacement along with a good set of instructions for how to move the chip over to the CLI-8. (Or you may return the cartridge to me to do it for you)My documentation shows that the following printers all use CLI-8 carts, so this is NOT limited to the Pro-9000 / 9000MK II. However, the Pro-9000 and 9000MK II use all eight of these cartridges, as do the Pro 6500 and the Pro 6000. The other printers below that are most likely using less than 8 but they may use SOME of the cartridges I am selling in this set.
