Specifically, our select nuts are from Marigoule, Marsol, Precoce Migoule, and Bouche de Betizac-grafted trees. In addition to enjoying by themselves, these are great nuts for your culinary needs because of their large size! Expect about 25 to 30 nuts per lb. Your nuts will be worm free! We are located in far northern Michigan outside the range of blight, chestnut weevils, and many other chestnut pests. All nuts are hand harvested, cleaned, and sorted. Your nuts will not look dull from mechanical harvesting nor be damaged by heavy machinery. Price includes shipping and handling.
