Description: You are bidding on two (2) 1988 Topps Big Cards from the 1988 Topps Set. These cards are from the Insert Set. Both cards appear to be well-centered and each of the four corners are sharp. This special insert for 1988 did not go over too well with collectors. Because of the abnormal size (each card measured 3 3/4" X 2 5/8") the cards did not fit into Penny Sleeves. The cards, did, however, fit into Top Loader Sleeves. Due to this "error" on the part of the manufacturer, many of the cards became damaged and/or discarded. Today, there are fewer cards and fewer cards in Excellent to Mint Condition, making these cards possibly more valuable in years to come. Considering these two cards are 36 years old, the quality is quite impressive.
