The pattern features impressed flower swag finger tabs along the rim and repeating vignettes of luscious Daffodils. Oversized daffodils grace the well of the cake plate with a landscape scene of a young boy watching a sailing vessel rounding a castle.The pieces are marked on the underside with an impressed registration mark, the pattern name and trademark that identifies the maker as Grindley, a pottery maker working in Tunstall in the Staffordshire region of England during the 19th century.Never Used. The plate in great condition.
