Not all of our locations stock all of our items. Can I pick up my purchase? Our depots are warehouses only and do not have a sales floor for walk in customers. Unless pickup is stated in the shipping area of the auction, we are not able to arrange a pickup of our items. Is this item in stock? When will my purchase be shipped? How long does shipping take? Items posted on ebay will be in stock, we manage inventory and listings carefully. DO NOT INSTALL ANY DAMAGED ITEMS! Contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim with UPS and arrange for a replacement to be shipped. UPS will deny any damage claim if the item has been installed. You will be stuck with the damaged item, if it is installed, it cannot be returned.
