Description: Barry Controls Active Vibration Isolation Pedestal for High Power Microscope, SEM or other Vibration Sensitive Equipment. 2050 The actual table sizie is about 43 by 33 inches. The four floor mount legs (laying on their side) are strapped to the top of the unit. One is shown close-up in the image below. This is a very serious piece of equipment. Active vibration cancellation/isolation technology actually sense vibration and compensates for it. Estimated weight of this unit is 2500 to 3000 pounds. Condition looks excellent used but we have not seen it assembled and don't know what if anything might be needed to complete it. No documentation and not tested. We got it strapped to a skid partially disassembled as shown in the images. Sold as-is. What you see is what you get. FedEx ground is currently our shipper of choice for most items more than a couple pounds. (that have a packed weight less than 150 pounds and are small enough to meet FedEx Ground package size restrictions.) FedEx ground automatically includes $100 insurance and tracking. Used items by truck are only insured for 10 cents per pound unless additional coverage is purchased. If you want to pay for extra insurance, be sure to clearly communicate how much. Items left beyond 20 days are subject to storage fees. Extra insurance can be purchased through a third party insurer if explicitly requested and paid for (usually $35 for up to $1500 value). Also note that it may take several days for these larger items to get packed and picked up by a truck. Payment via Paypal is strongly recommended as it cuts about a week off delivery delay.
