The paper sleeve holding the record is in good condition and there are no obvious flaws or scratches on the record. The record was stored in a basement so there may be a musty smell but leaving it in fresh air or in a bag with a dryer sheet will take that smell away. All of our records come from a smoke and pet free environment.
