Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Not sure the era of this beautiful dress, my best guess is 1930’s/40’s, possibly a theatrical costume. There is a local community of people from India in my town, some aspects of it seem Indian and therefore possibly more recent, but not the overall design. There are no tags, though I cannot imagine this is homemade unless it is some sort of theatrical costume. Maybe a 1960's Boho look? Material is gold with stitched floral/leaf design background, with rhinestones, sequins, and some sort of beading on sleeve ends and bottom. The material is slightly stretchy, thin. See my measurements of it below; not sure if it is for adult or youth. In terms of condition, it does have flaws: -there is staining on front and back upper left side; as part of that, some greenish staining chest and under left armpit (easiest to see the edges of the staining in the first three pics) -hole in back shoulder -some loose threading of the rhinestones attachment in a couple of places -some green staining back at bottom -a bit of green staining lower left front -overall seems well sewn My measurements of the dress: -length 34 inches -chest pit to pit 15 inches one side, flat -narrowest part 13.5 inches one side, flat -bottom (stretched) 19 inches one side flat -bottom (unstretched) 17 inches one side flat -across the dress 4 inches above the side slit 15 inches -side slit 10 ½ inches Flawed but a unique (as far as I could research) and beautiful thing.
