Description: I have owned this table for about 50 years. I used it as a kitchen table, a sideboard and a display table. The top has been refinished at least 2 times. I have just had the whole table repaired and refinished. Stainless screws replaced rusty screws and hinges have been cleaned and repainted. The table is in excellent condition. I imagine it is handmade in the early to mid 1800's but I really do not know. There is one area in the top corner that has been repaired with an inserted piece of wood (prior to my ownership). Gives it a personality. The drawer is dovetailed with score marks showing. Large enough for a utensil tray to hold knives, forks, spoons and other utensils. The table is 29” tall, is 41.5” long, and is 20.5” wide, extending to 48.5" wide with the leaves up. It is a beautiful solid wood (walnut I believe) antique drop-leaf table that is suitable for a small kitchen or dining room. In a larger dining room it makes a perfect children's dining table or sideboard. Useful in many ways. Local pickup in Pottstown, PA 19464 is preferred but I will ship via freight. I do not know the weight but I will ship via freight if you select a freight company. It will cost me $30 in packing material for freight shipping. The Cabinet comes in two pieces. For local pickup you are welcome to inspect it before paying. Feel free to make an offer.
