It is very space friendly: easy fold away in the corner of your room when not in use. It is a great Christmas gift. I got this a few months ago and played a few times: some little accessories are missing, but the house itself is well maintained and very clean. You could add any pieces from other doll sets easily. what's shown in pics are all included. This is just doll house with few random accessories (that might not have come with the original purchase) and the doll that is shown in the picture didn't come with the house: just included a dollar tree doll to show how it would look with the house and it will be shipped together.
