The Velcro on the outfit is strong. Her hair is not greasy, her arm still moves with no problem, and her hair is still in the factory style with intact hair elastic. There are a couple snags on the towel and the bag has some wear and scuffs on it. The ultrasound still works perfectly and the sound and movement mechanisms on the exam table work as well. The exam table takes 3 button batteries the batteries are included. I have done my best to find any other problems with clothing and accessories, but they are almost 20 years old at this point, so they are nowhere near new.
