Plastic bags of parts have never been opened (still factory sealed). The fuse itself is plastic-coated fibre material - typical for scale R/C bodies. No paint or finishing has been applied. The kit was purchased with a 450 about 8 years back and I have no idea if the 450 design changed to where this fuse would be limited to certain editions.
