Description: Signed Askew London Blackamoor Brooch - This exquisite brooch is adorned with a pearl necklace, mini faux pearls, coral beads, turquoise, coral, royal and gold chanton accents and finished with an amber-colored tear-drop dangle. Dimensions: 3" X 1 3/8" Sue Askew works from her studio in London where she creates the most fabulous, intricate and over the top jewellery. She cleverly incorporates original 1940s, 1950s and 1960s jewellery components with original glass and crystal stones, and sets them into either gold plate or sterling silver plate. She can only produce a few pieces at a time, so each piece of Askew London jewellery is either a one-off or extremely limited in quantity making it completely unique, and collectable.
